How to Request a Refund
Email us at info@steadfastguard.com or call +1 (845) 315-0056 with your order number. That's it.
We do not require you to ship the product back. Once your request is confirmed, your refund will be processed within 1-2 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, the funds may take an additional 5-10 business days to appear in your account.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your Steadfast Haven arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately. We'll send a replacement at no cost to you -- no need to return the damaged unit. If you'd prefer a refund instead of a replacement, that works too.
Order Cancellations
Need to cancel before your order ships? Email us and we'll cancel it on the spot with a full refund. If your order has already shipped, you can still request a refund under our lifetime guarantee once it arrives.
EU Customers: 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
If you're located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification. This is in addition to our lifetime guarantee. To exercise this right, contact us at info@steadfastguard.com with a clear statement of your decision to withdraw. We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice.
