Shipping Policy
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery is 5-8 business days from the date of shipment to all markets we serve. Delivery times may occasionally vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or high-volume periods.

Order Tracking
Every order includes tracking. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can also check your order status anytime at our order tracking page.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. Any applicable customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our shipping charges or product prices.
Lost Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your order, or if your package appears lost in transit:
- Check with neighbors and your local delivery office.
- Wait 48 hours -- carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered before final drop-off.
- If it still hasn't arrived, email us at info@steadfastguard.com with your order number. We will either send a replacement or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer.
Damaged Packages
If your Steadfast Haven arrives damaged:
- Take photos of the packaging and product damage.
- Email the photos to info@steadfastguard.com within 7 days of delivery, along with your order number.
- We will send a replacement at no charge or issue a full refund -- your choice. No need to return the damaged item.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to our fulfillment center due to an incorrect address, we will reship it to the corrected address at no additional cost. If the package is lost due to an incorrect address, contact us and we'll work with you to resolve it.
