These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Steadfast online store and your purchase of products from us. By accessing our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use our store.

Products and Availability

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, and pricing on our store are accurate. However, we reserve the right to correct errors and update information at any time without prior notice. If a product you ordered is unavailable or incorrectly priced, we will notify you and offer a full refund.

Availability of our products may vary by region. We currently ship to the United Kingdom, Canada, the United States, Australia, and Germany.

Orders and Payment

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including suspected fraud, product unavailability, or pricing errors. If we cancel your order after payment has been taken, we will issue a full refund.

All prices are displayed in the currency selected on the store and include or exclude applicable taxes as indicated at checkout. You are responsible for any import duties or additional taxes imposed by your country.

Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments. We do not store your payment card details.

Shipping and Delivery

Product Use and Safety

Steadfast Haven is a CO and gas detection device designed to alert you to the presence of dangerous gases. While our products are engineered to high safety standards, they are intended to supplement -- not replace -- proper ventilation, regular equipment maintenance, and professional safety inspections. No detection device can guarantee complete protection against all gas-related hazards.

You are responsible for installing, maintaining, and testing your device according to the instructions provided. Steadfast is not liable for damages arising from improper use, failure to follow product instructions, or failure to respond to device alerts.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site -- including text, images, logos, product designs, and branding -- is the property of Steadfast or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from our site without our written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Steadfast's total liability for any claim arising from or related to your purchase or use of our products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Steadfast harmless from any claims, losses, or damages (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of our products or services.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Groningen, the Netherlands.

If you are an EU consumer, you retain the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence. You also have the right to use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
